I started my insurance carrier in 1995, and was a former State Farm Claims Representative. I am a North Dakota Native and a graduate from the University of North Dakota. I have degrees in Advanced Planning and Insurance. I am a proud supporter of Bemidji State University and an active member of our Bemidji community! Over the years my agencies have qualified for awards including Lifetime President’s Club Ring Recipient, and have been named as the Presidents Club Multiline Leader for three years in a row.

Ryan’s legend took root in his hometown of Ada, but he quickly outgrew the small town not in small part because he couldn’t drive a tractor. As if a wish was granted for an entire region, he came to Bemidji to study at the Harvard of Beltrami County where he earned a degree in mass communication with an emphasis in print journalism in just under a decade’s time. Together with his wife, he’s raised a pair of college-bound kids. He enjoys hunting, scuba diving and rock concerts. Ryan is licensed to thrill and in all the insurance things, too.
